Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. 

Orders are not available to ship to p.o. boxes or internationally. Orders shipping to an apo or fpo military address are shipped via the U.S. postal service and cannot be expedited. Please note these orders may take up to 21 days for delivery. All orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories require 2 day shipping. We cannot guarantee overnight shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. 

We are unable to ship to 3rd party shipping services.

We offer FedEx Ground Delivery, FedEx 2nd Day, and FedEx Next Day delivery services. Please note, orders must be confirmed before 1 PM PST for Two Day and Next Day delivery. Orders placed after 1 PM PST will be shipped the following business day. Shipping does not reflect holiday delivery schedule. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise.

returns

Policy

With212 offers FREE returns within 30 days.

When returning your purchase, return shipping is free if you use the prepaid return label that is attached to your packing slip. Final sale merchandise—including merchandise discounted by 50% or more before promo codes are calculated—cannot be returned.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please send the unused item in its original and unworn condition, with all tickets attached, and a copy of your packing slip with reason for return within 30 days of receiving your item(s) for a refund. Items with any tag removed cannot be accepted and will be returned to the customer. Merchandise that is found to be worn or damaged will not be refunded. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days. Please allow up to 3-5 business days to see the refund in your account. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.

Only items purchased through with212.com may be returned. Items purchased through any of our approved vendors or wholesale partners must be returned to the place of purchase. We do not support returns, reships, or re-credits for items purchased outside of with212.com.

 

Return Instructions

  1. If you are returning an item, email us at hello@with212.com. Be sure to include your name, email address, order number, and description of item you are returning. 
  2. Pack the item securely in the original packaging.
  3. Enclose the original packing slip with the item. Be sure to keep a copy of the packing slip for your records.
  4. Attach the free pre-paid return label that you received with your packing slip.

    • We cannot accept c.o.d deliveries.

 

Gift Return Instructions

  1. If you are returning an item that was shipped to you as a gift, you may choose to receive an e-gift card containing your refunded amount. In order to do so, you must email us at hello@with212.com. Be sure to include your name, email address, item description, name of person who purchased item, and their email address. 
  2. Pack the item securely, in the original packaging if possible.
  3. Enclose the original packing slip with the item. Be sure to keep a copy of the packing slip for your records.
  4. Attach the free pre-paid return label.

    • We cannot accept c.o.d deliveries.

 

Refunds

We refund the cost of the returned merchandise within 10 business days of receipt to our warehouse and send you an email to confirm that the return has been completed. Refunds are in the form of original payment, such as the credit card used for the order. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 3-5 additional business days to post the refund to your account.

Your refund will include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.

If you are returning an item that was shipped to you as a gift, you may choose to receive an e-gift card containing your refunded amount. See above for instructions on how to proceed.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

In the case of items damaged during shipment, please immediately contact our customer care department at hello@with212.com. We will work with you to replace your item as fast as we can. If we are able to provide a replacement, we will send it to you at no charge and will ask you to return the damaged/defective item to us using our free return service.

The fulfillment process for most orders of in-stock items begins as soon as your online purchase is completed. These items will be shipped once your payment is approved, the item is located, and the shipping address is verified. Typical fulfillment takes 2-3 days. 

Pre-order items are not yet in stock, but available for advanced order on our site. A pre-ordered item is shipped directly to your chosen shipping address once it is in stock. You will be notified via email once your items are shipped.

After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you selected during checkout and the location of your shipping address. Please note that business days are Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm PST, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
