The status of your order is updated regularly. You will receive an email:
1. Once you place your order (Order Confirmation), and
2. When the order is fulfilled at our warehouse (Order Shipped).

If you have been provided with a promo code for With212.com, you can enter it at check out. Before attempting to use a promo code, be sure to read the terms and conditions for that code, including expirations dates, combinability rules, and eligible products. Please note, promotions can not be combined. Only one promotion can be used per order.
If your discount qualifies, it will be displayed in your shopping bag and in your order summary throughout the checkout process. Should you have any difficulties with your promo code being accepted, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Only one credit card may be used per transaction. This includes bank-issued gift cards with a credit card logo (example: American Express gift cards).
When attempting to place an order on With212.com, a temporary authorization hold may be placed on your credit card. Please be assured, this is not an actual charge and this authorization hold will be removed within 48 hours of your items being shipped. It is up to your credit card issuing bank as to when you will see the authorization hold drop off.
For your security, your billing name, address and phone number must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.
